Flexible Payment Options to Make Dental Care Accessible

At Creekside Dental Centre, we want to make your visit as smooth as possible, and that includes handling payments and insurance claims.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit.

For patients with insurance, we electronically submit your invoice directly to your provider at the time of your appointment. You only cover the difference, no waiting for reimbursement.

No insurance? We offer a 10% discount on all services to help make dental care more affordable.

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Respecting Time for All Our Patients

To help keep our schedule running smoothly:
  • Appointments must be confirmed by 12:00 PM the business day prior to your visit.
  • Unconfirmed appointments may be released and offered to other patients.
  • Missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 fee.

If you’re unsure about your availability, please reach out so we can adjust accordingly.
